Who provides the service

Your purchase

The checkout identifies your selected Strategy, its scope and total one-time price before payment. Business Strategy is £195, Personal Brand Strategy is £395, and Business and Micro-SaaS Strategy is £495. Marketing subscriptions and publishing are not included in a Strategy purchase. Confirm the appropriate offer before paying. Access is provided through your verified Brandyn account after payment confirmation.

Guided strategy development

You provide accurate information, review proposals and choose the direction to carry forward. Each purchased Strategy process includes up to three completed versions in total, including the initial version. Each decision stage includes two rounds of refinement. A substantially different business, brief or direction falls outside the original scope. Completed documents are saved in your workspace and can be downloaded. Work is released when its required checks pass. Required customer input and decisions affect when the process can continue.

Corrections and service issues

One consolidated post-delivery correction round covers factual errors, misunderstood inputs and work inconsistent with approved decisions. Report the affected content and issue to support@brandyn.agency. Correcting a Brandyn failure does not consume a Strategy version. A change to an approved brief is different from correcting an error. If an issue remains unresolved, contact support so the appropriate correction or legally required remedy can be considered.

Cancellation and refunds

Brandyn provides a personalised strategy service. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, unused access or a strategy you have received or downloaded. This does not affect rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Where a statutory cancellation period applies, checkout asks you to make the following separate request before work begins:

I expressly request that Brandyn starts my personalised strategy service before any applicable cancellation period ends. I understand that, where the law permits, my right to cancel ends once the service has been fully performed. My statutory rights remain unaffected.

Starting work alone does not mean every cancellation right ends immediately. Any applicable rights before full performance, including rules about proportionate payment for work already provided, remain governed by law. Receiving or downloading a document does not remove rights concerning a defective service. Contact support@brandyn.agency to exercise an applicable cancellation right or report a problem.

Use of your documents and account

You may use your completed strategy documents for your own business. Brandyn retains ownership of its platform, underlying frameworks and reusable materials. Do not resell platform access, share login credentials or reproduce the platform as a competing service. You must have permission to provide any uploaded content or third-party data.

Service limitations

Brandyn uses AI-assisted research and production. You remain responsible for checking business facts and deciding how to implement your strategy. We do not guarantee sales, growth, reach or financial results. The service is not legal, tax or regulated financial advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. English law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
